This is regarding my 8 ball pool account which was banned without any prior notice , alert or warning. I felt really disappointed with this and never had expected such behaviour from the company.
I am playing 8ballpool with fair conduct since I started. Never tried to infringed or breached terms and conditions of this game. Never transferred coins , never shared my account , did not ever used moded versions or any 3rd party application and always plays in latest official version available in Google Play Store. I always comply with rules and regulations while playing this game. I have only played this game with all my legitimacy and never been illicit during playing this game.
Moreover, I have invested my hard earned money and a lot of time on this game as I like to collect cues , avatars and other special packs which were available in-game. I have good CCP ranking too. Yet my account was banned which is itself very dismaying and disappointing.
On the other hand if you notice there are many cheaters prevalent in world and country leaderboard even also in Championships or any other special events. Using all kinds of hacks ; CHETO , AUTO-PLAY , AIM TOOLS AND GUIDELINES. Instead of banning these cheating accounts my fair account was banned sadistically.
I would humbly request you to thoroughly investigate this ban on my fair account and reconsider your decision. I will be highly obliged and grateful for your kindness.
